Three Days of Ideas, Conversations and Curiosity: Our First Time at SIMED Málaga

From 13th to 15th November, we took part in SIMED: the Salón Inmobiliario del Mediterráneo, one of the leading real estate fairs in southern Spain.
We were based in the Zona Innova, an area dedicated to companies working at the intersection of technology, innovation and new ways of communicating. For Clipboost, it was the perfect setting to introduce our work, connect with professionals and understand their needs first-hand.
Although SIMED is strongly rooted in the real estate sector, its influence reaches far beyond it. Over three days, we met architects, developers, construction firms, lawyers, designers, engineers, photographers… and professionals from sectors we didn’t expect, such as pharmacy, retail, consultancy and more. Many experienced business owners approached us with real interest in understanding how AI could be integrated into their workflows.
One of the most striking aspects of this edition was the genuine curiosity surrounding AI. As soon as visitors discovered that we create personalised, multilingual videos powered by artificial intelligence, conversations became immediately engaging. Real estate agencies looking for new ways to present properties, architecture studios wanting to explain complex processes visually, companies searching for clearer and more dynamic ways to communicate their services… each interaction brought a different angle.
SIMED offered us the chance to present our vision while also giving us valuable insight into the needs of different industries. It helped us understand the challenges companies face when presenting information, training teams or showcasing projects. And that insight aligns closely with our mission at Clipboost: turning complex content into clear, dynamic and memorable visual experiences.
For a first-time participation, the experience couldn’t have been more valuable. Three intense days that allowed us to learn, connect and confirm that there is a real —and growing— interest in AI-powered video solutions.
SIMED reminded us that innovation grows through dialogue, curiosity and the willingness to explore new ideas. We leave the fair grateful, energised and ready to keep exploring new opportunities, not only in real estate but also in fields such as education, training and customer experience.
